Email, Telefax and other electronic communications contain information which may be confidential and/or privileged. Such information is legally protected from unauthorized disclosure by State and Federal Law. The information is intended to be for the exclusive use of the planned recipient. If you are not the intended recipient, be advised that any disclosure, copying, distribution or other use of this information is strictly prohibited. The sender does not waive any disclosure rights or privileges. If you have received a transmission in error, please immediately notify the sender and, without reading or saving it, permanently delete the communication and any attachments from your computer, mail system and/or network server.
IRS Circular 230 Disclosure:
To ensure compliance with requirements imposed by the United States Treasury and the IRS, we inform you that any federal tax advice contained in any communication (including attachments) is not intended or written to be used and cannot be used for the purpose of (i) avoiding tax penalties that may be imposed under the Internal Revenue Code, or (ii) promoting, marketing, or recommending to another person any transaction or matter addressed therein, unless such communication expressly states that it is to be used for such purposes.
Affiliations Disclosure:
Rubin & Rubin is a trade name used by professional associations featured in promotional materials. Use of the trade name does not necessarily imply an affiliation between the professional associations however, on a case by case basis, one or more professional associations may participate in joint representations. The information that you submit to Rubin & Rubin, is protected by the attorney client relationship privilege, even if you do not retain any of our attorneys to represent you.
